New Park Farm Education

New for 2021...

Launching this Summer our education project will connect visitors to New Park with nature through the formation of an education hub.
We will focus on six areas with the aim to improve visitors understanding of The New Forest.

Agricultural Weekend
This brand new interactive, educational event will launch in 2022 and bring visitors close to nature and The New Forest.

Nature Trail
Three interactive, educational walks are being built around New Park allowing visitors the opportunity to learn about the nature in the New Forest and it's importance on our landscape.

Forest Activities
Ranging from bug hunting, woodland walks and nature arts and crafts these family friendly courses will enable children to connect with nature.

New Forest Courses
The day long courses will allow visitors the opportunity to learn about all aspects of The New Forest including commoning, land and woodland management

Community Shed
An area on site is being developed for visitors to use where they can perfect their woodland skills whilst socialising and learning new skills.

Bailey Bursary
The Bailey Bursary provides funding for young adults who wish to embark on a course in agriculture. Funded through the New Forest & Hampshire County Show this project is already up and running.
